How coaching works
I typically work with my clients via Skype or phone, so you don’t lose time travelling. Calls are usually bi-weekly, depending on what feels right to you, and last 60 minutes each. The number of calls is up to you, but I usually recommend a minimum of three and a maximum of twelve.
To test it out I offer a free 30 minute introductory call, to learn more about you and your challenges, answer any questions you have about what coaching entails and see if we both believe I’m the right coach for you.
Following that call, if you’d like to sign up for 1:1 coaching I’ll send you an intake form to fill out and a Values Discovery document. Our first session will focus on helping you articulate and prioritise your values – the unwritten rules by which you need to live your life in order to be happy. These are entirely personal to you and form a solid foundation for every decision you make – major or minor – to move forward.
From that point on, we’ll use a mixture of tools and techniques to help you imagine the right career possibilities that are perfectly aligned to your values, strengths and motivation; tackle the fears and doubts that hold you back and enable change that immediately sets you on the path to a truly meaningful, purposeful and fulfilling life change.
If this sounds like the kind of help you are looking for, sign up for a free 30 minute call so that we can explore working together and figure out if I’m the right coach for you.
I am 100% committed to delivering value during our time working together. On that basis, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with my coaching services, a full money back guarantee is open for 30 days from the date of purchase. All you have to do is ask and your money will be refunded, no questions asked. Your refund will be issued within one week to your credit or debit card.
