The right path

The right path

My CLARIFY coaching programme utilises a proven framework that helps undergraduates and graduates confidently determine their ideal career path so they can pursue it.

I personally coach individuals through a number of illuminating exercises that reveal the fundamental building blocks of their ideal career.

We uncover and examine in detail their values, strengths, personality, skills and passions, developing a unique and personal picture of their career criteria, based on what motivates and interests them, and what they’re naturally good at.

This holistic 360-degree analysis is specifically designed to build a unique picture of the right career avenues and working environments for them, and clearly demarcate the wrong ones.

Like the pieces of a puzzle, the data builds to provide a picture of the right path.

Using this information, I help individuals review it in the round, brainstorm right-fit ideas, and ultimately make a clear, confident, informed decision that feels exciting, energising and right for them.

What does this look like in practice?

Throughout the programme I operate as a guide, sounding board and accountability partner, helping them connect the dots and build confidence in their personal insights and decision making.

From the individual’s perspective, I make it fun, engaging and confidence-boosting. I bring a tonne of energy, enthusiasm and personal connection to our sessions, so that they feel compelled to take action, share their learnings, and apply their insights.

Importantly, I help them build momentum in a way that feels supported but not dictated to, making an uncertain decision-making period a positive, productive, self-directed experience for them.
