My CORPORATE OUTPLACEMENT programme is designed to help employees facing redundancy identify, prepare for and target the right career opportunities.

Though a mix of 1:1 coaching and hands-on writing support, I help employees identify their strengths, effectively market their skills and experience, and job hunt with focus.

Structured to deliver specific outcomes that support employees back into work, I offer two programme options.

Programme 1 – Empower

Includes:

Programme 2 – Accelerate

Includes:

7 hours of practical support
Background call to assess employee's strengths, skills, experience and criteria
CV writing, structure and design
LinkedIn profile writing
2 coaching sessions with me via Skype or Zoom
Coaching topics can include job hunting methods, job application support, interview preparation and practice, and overcoming negative emotions like fear and anxiety
