My IDENTIFY coaching programme utilises a proven framework that has helped hundreds of people determine their second career.
I personally coach you through a number of illuminating exercises that form the foundation on which a considered choice is made.
We uncover and examine in detail your values, strengths, personality, skills and passions, developing a unique and personal picture of your second career criteria, based on what motivates and interests you, and what you’re naturally good at.
This holistic 360-degree analysis is specifically designed to build a unique picture of the right career avenues and working environments, and clearly demarcate the wrong ones.
Like the pieces of a puzzle, the data builds to provide a picture of the right path.
Using this information, I help you review it in the round, brainstorm right-fit ideas, and ultimately make a clear, confident, informed decision that feels exciting, energising and right for you.
