Refund Policy

IN-PERSON RETREATS

Once you have invested in a retreat, I operate a no refund policy. However, if extenuating circumstances (significant, unforeseen and unavoidable events outside of your control such as serious illness, bereavement or trauma) make your ability to attend the retreat dates impossible, you can transfer your investment to another retreat date up to two weeks before the original retreat is scheduled to take place. 

1:1 COACHING PROGRAMMES

Once you have invested in a 1:1 coaching programme and the coaching engagement has commenced, I operate a no refund policy. This is because you have invested in a coaching programme as a whole, not for individual sessions, and the programme has been priced accordingly. The no refund policy also reflects the amount of time I set aside for preparing for and attending sessions, writing detailed notes for a client after each session, and the email support offered in-between calls.

ONLINE COACHING PROGRAMMES

Once you have invested in an online coaching programme, I operate a no refund policy. This is because you are immediately given unique log in details which provide you access to all course materials.  

CV & LINKEDIN WRITING SERVICES

Once you have invested in a CV or LinkedIn writing service and the engagement has commenced, I operate a no refund policy. This is because I invest time in reviewing your CV or LinkedIn profile and your target roles in detail, before attending a background call with you and drafting the new material.
