I personally coach you through a number of illuminating exercises that reveal the fundamental building blocks of your ideal career.
We uncover and examine in detail your values, strengths, personality, skills and passions, developing a unique and personal picture of your ideal career criteria, based on what motivates and interests you, and what you’re naturally good at.
This holistic 360-degree analysis is specifically designed to build a unique picture of the right career avenues and working environments for you, and clearly demarcate the wrong ones.
Like the pieces of a puzzle, the data builds to provide a picture of the right path.
Using this information, I help you review it in the round, brainstorm right-fit ideas, and ultimately make a clear, confident, informed decision that feels exciting, energising and right for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’m not sure I can afford to start again?
Firstly, there’s no guarantee that you’d have to start again. Not every ideal career choice means you’d be starting over. Transferable skills and life experience often have a big impact on where you begin, and how quickly you can increase your income.
Secondly, I ensure all my clients make a transition in a timeframe that suits their personal circumstances, so there’s no risk to financial security. That might mean maintaining your current role while you study, retrain or work on your own business in the background to build it up. You might move from full-time to part-time as you build up new expertise or revenue streams. Or it might mean targeting an intermediary role that gives you the experience required to make the ultimate shift. The point is you get to choose the best transition plan for you, taking action and building momentum towards your career goal in a timeframe that’s suits your needs.
Thirdly, when you’re engaged in work you love that reflects who you are and what you can most ably offer, you are much more likely to be successful, which increases your earning potential in the long run.
How do I ensure I don’t make the wrong career choice?
When your decision is based on data intrinsically linked to you, your talents and your motivation, it will always take you in the right direction. It means you’ll be choosing a path that plays to your natural abilities, interests and drive, which combine to create a sense of personal fulfilment and happiness.
Am I too old to make a change?
If you’re alive, and driven to seek fulfilling work, then you’re not too old! A large proportion of my clients are in their 40s and 50s and have successfully identified and changed their careers. Check out these case studies and testimonials for inspiration.
Won’t I be throwing away years of experience and know-how?
Not at all. Whatever your career background, certain skills, experience and contacts you’ve amassed will have a part to play in helping you work towards and deliver on your ideal career. Nothing is ever lost and more than you think is transferable. My own personal story is a great example of how this works in practice.
