The surprising ripple effect of gratitude

More gratitude = more opportunities

I’m getting into the subject of gratitude in this episode. 

Now, before you roll your eyes because this is something we’ve all heard of before and we know we’re supposed to do more of it (!), what I’m delving into here isn’t just the bog standard “this is why gratitude is good for you and why you should do it” argument. 

There’s actually a fascinating result of gratitude practices that isn’t really talked about much, and I want to bring it alive because it can have a huge impact on the number of good things happening to and for you in your life. 

The basis for this is that gratitude makes us:

…more OPEN to opportunities, 

…helps create MORE opportunities, and 

…makes us more likely to ACT on those opportunities.

  • How gratitude specifically impacts our physical, mental and emotional health from a scientifically-proven point of view
  • How gratitude genuinely helps us create opportunities and generate better results and outcomes in our life, including how it:
    • boosts our confidence
    • helps us take more calculated risks
    • enhances our social interactions
    • improves our decision-making
    • opens doors to new paths and life experiences
  • Some examples of how you can practise gratitude like through journaling, writing appreciation letters, walking, and even simple acts of kindness
  • Practicing gratitude isn’t just about feeling good – it’s a catalyst for growth, opportunity, and creating the life you want.
