Proud to be 100% myself. How My Values Define Me

EP008 with Alison O'Leary & Dan Gamble

Values fuel aligned decisions

These show notes give you some cliff notes as to what this episode is all about. This makes it easy for you to share with someone who you think should listen and, if any links or resources are mentioned in the conversation, they popped here for you.

In this episode, our conversation touches on:

  • Dan’s upbringing in a working-class family in the North West of England where he had a tough time navigating school, and how this shaped who he is today.
  • How he made the big decisions to move abroad at the age of 26, and two years ago to start his own business after years of working for others.
  • The importance of values and how this really is essentially how Dan makes decisions today. He knows what is aligned with his values and what definitely isn’t.
  • How he feels like he adds the most value to his clients, family and friends when he is being 100% himself.
  • What the future now holds for Dan. He shares how he has made time and space for one of his passions – horses!

If you ever needed a confirmation that making bold moves by listening to your instincts and being true to your own steadfast values is priceless – then do listen to this episode.

Dan’s insights and views really shine a light on how important our values are to our sense of wellbeing and happiness, and our mindset.
